Bard 2-19-99

Shhh!
Blow out the moon
make a birthday wish
that groping
in darkness
we may find each other.
Sensations reel me
backward, arched
as your thick fingers
find me and travel
my skin
I explode
colors pool above me
I am out of my body
spiraling from your touch.
Touch me again
touch me some more
don't rekindle the moon
leave the lights out
I like the mystery
mouths like bloodhounds
searching for each other
enfolding lip upon
falling lip
catching your tongue
into mine.
Breathe ...
don't forget to breathe ...
smell the capers from dinner
and clutch me tighter
draw me closer
your shaved chin
scratches the skin
around my mouth.
Don't shave anymore, baby.
Leave me a soft nest
to fall into.
Breathe ...
hot saliva on my shoulder
read my mind and undress me!
HURRY!
I must have you inside me
SHHH!
Blow out the stars
they can see us
our passion
I don't want any witnesses
to this secret affair.
Let them wonder, my Lord,
what my cries are for.
Let's make them curious
then never tell.
Plunge
hot into me ...
BREATHE!
where no breath can be
full of you
no room for air
smiles lie hidden
in a sea of our hair
sweat pouring
and I lick the salt
and know you
as you have always tasted
to me before
a memory
is this moment
in concentric circles
called unmetered time.
Kiss me
over and over
as you have
for centuries
wrap me in this
matted sweat
and be mine again
once again
and again
and yet another time.
